Description

With increasing automation in any process control system, our Alarm Annunciators play an important role in alerting the operator through visual and audible alarm to secure process from any deviation.
Working
The smart alarm annunciator from Jalsun Devices provides monitoring & alarm capabilities for level, pressure, temperature & other process parameters. The annunciator receives input from potential free field contacts that sense faults. Annunciator, alarms or trips off as per the pre-set instructions to ensure fault detection before any damage is done to the process or plant. The flashing display has an array of Red, Amber & Green LEDs. LEDs are user configurable.
Variants
The Alarm Annunciator comes in three variants to fit a varied range of customer requirement from basic to very complex processes.
Basic Alarm Annunciator
This is a very basic model aimed at industries with basic alarm requirements.
Smart Alarm Annunciator
The Smart Alarm Annunciator is advanced with its Ethernet TCP communication port making it easy to transport data to any network connected to it. These Annunciators start from a minimum of 16 windows option and maximum upto customer requirement.
Intelligent Alarm Annunciator
An Intelligent Alarm Annunciator makes complex processes easy and simple to decode with its interactive Human Machine Interface (HMI) display. The HMI display acts as a dashboard with all data recorded sequentially, making even the complex systems easier to handle. Complexity increases with increase in input and with fault alarm from multiple windows. The HMI display, with its sequential record of events, makes it easy for the operator to identify fault precisely & can resume the production process much faster.

Analog Input Scanner / Temperature Scanner
Description
The Analog Input / Temperature Scanner from Jalsun Devices supports Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) & Thermocouple (T/C) & mA/mV inputs.
AI Scanner scans for data from all connected inputs, displays the parameter and checks if the values lie within permissible limits set by the operator. Once the value moves out of the permissible limit, the instrument has two options, either to raise alarm or to trip off. Alarm or tripping off, depends upon pre-set values.
Controls
It has two operation controls, one at the operator level, to act at the instance of Alarm or Tripping. The other control is supervisory in nature, the setting that defines pre-set values upon which the alarm or Trip is triggered.
The supervisory control is password protected for authenticity & operation parameter’s safety.

Description
