GSU-905DX DG Safety Solution
Description
The Generator Safety Unit, GSU 905Dx is a complete digital console for generators to safeguard and monitor key parameters. GSU ensures extended lifetime of the DG and reduces downtime and maintenance costs and alerts in case of fuel pilferage.
The unit allows safe starting of the engine through a remote start output and protects the system by shutting down, the moment it detects violation of safety.
GSU measures the Lube oil pressure, Water and oil temperature and Fuel level, and displays them on a Bar-graph display. A 7 segment LED display is also provided to monitor the RPM, Engine running hours and battery charging current.
The device is easy to install and use in the field. It provides optional communication port to interface for external system to read key parameters/events.

The Generator Control Station is a complete digital console for generators to monitor and control the key parameters thereby ensuring the safety of the Generator. GCS-909 is suitable for local and remote start/stop applications. The controller can be used in electronic and nonelectronic engines for providing monitoring and protection.
The same controller can also be used in Industrial engine only applications. The Controller is equipped with graphics LCD display for showing the parameters and running faults in graphical and character formats. The controller monitors key engine parameters such as Oil pressure, Water Temperature, Fuel level, battery voltage, charging current, RPM(monitored through Main alternator voltage/MPU/Charging alternator) and Frequency. It also monitors safety switches such as, High Water temperature, Low Lube Oil Pressure, Low Fuel Level, Radiator Water Level, Canopy temperature.
The Controller supports basic level configuration using keys and display; allowing field level staff to modify parameters which require customization at the time of installation. All advanced level parameters are configurable only from a PC based application through USB port. The controller offers electronic start/stop facility without need for manual keys. The controller offers many features such as setting delay values, set-points, switch configurations etc.

The AMFR 904 is an Auto Mains Failure Relay that offers an excellent range of engine monitoring and protection features. This microprocessor-based controller includes 8 push-buttons, 19 LED lamps, 3-digits of 7 segment LED display, 8 relay outputs, 9 digital intputs, 20 programmable parameters. Hour-meter and 2 operating modes.
The device has been designed to monitor engine temperature, low oil pressure, fails to start, fails to stop, charge failure, over speed and under speed. When the module detects a fault condition it automatically shuts down the engine.
This module also includes a built-in non re-settable engine hour counter. This controller is designed to automatically start the generator when the mains (utility) power fails. As soon as mains (utility) power is restored, the AMFR 904 will transfer the load back to the mains (utility) supply.

Description
The digital tacho hour meter from Jalsun Devices measures engine RPM in diesel generators or engine only applications. The product fits any industrial application that involves engine monitoring. It is an indigenously developed tachometer, designed to fit any harsh industrial work environment.
It also has an hour meter that displays the number of hours the engine was in operation. This feature finds an important application in Tracking, billing, and in Research and Development in Engines.
Working Principle
A Tachometer takes input from MPU Speed sensor or from the charging alternator pulse. The input signal received is then processed by the latest 32 bit ARM based micro controller and the corresponding reading is displayed in the display. Every device is calibrated at Jalsun Facility itself to ensure smooth operation.

Description
An intelligent Fuel Optimizer unit optimizes the usage of Genset operations in Tele Communication towers in the event of mains failure condition. Instead of turning on the Genset immediately upon mains failure, it checks the Shelter Battery voltage condition as well as the Shelter Temperature before activating the starting of the Genset.
